(If you accept a broken seal parcel you do not receive a claim amount)


2. Original shipping label / original purchase bill

3. Parcel opening 360 video mandatory
(For product confirmation)

4. Product unboxing video
(Uncut video)

5. Clear image of damage and defects
(For product damage and defect analysis)


All evidence is required for a claim to be made
